Benefit Overview
Benefit eligibility is based on the number of hours an employee works. Benefits become effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Wingspan offers a comprehensive benefits plan designed to meet the needs of all our employees:

Health Insurance
Eligible employees can choose single or family coverage levels. Contributions are shared between the employer and employee.
Dental Insurance
Eligible employees can choose single, single plus one or family coverage levels. Contributions are made by the employee.
Life Insurance and AD&D
Eligible employees may receive employer paid life insurance and AD&D insurance in the amount of two times their annual salary to a maximum of $300,000.
Retirement Benefit
An employer provided defined contribution retirement plan. Eligible employees receive an employer contribution which may be up to 4% depending on employee contribution percent.
Short-term Salary Continuation
An employer provided benefit that pays a benefit to eligible employees who are unable to work due to an accident or sickness. Maximum benefit is 13 weeks. Eligible employees must be regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours per pay period.
Long-term Disability
An employer provided benefit that pays a benefit to eligible employees who are unable to work due to an accident or sickness. Benefit begins after three months of total disability. Eligible employees must be regularly scheduled to work 20 hours per week.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Allows eligible employees to pay for health care and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars up to the established annual maximums.

Personal Time Off (PTO)
A personal leave program with paid time off that may be used for a variety of reasons including vacations, illness, and personal time. Eligible employees must be regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours per pay period.
