Join Us For A Night of Inspiration
The annual Power of Love Gala is our biggest Fundraiser of the year. This year, our 53rd Anniversary celebration will be held Wednesday evening, May 13, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Metropolitan Ballroom in Golden Valley. The event includes a social hour, a silent auction (which includes our artist-designed birdhouses), dinner, and an inspirational program. Our silent auction will open online a week before our event. Sponsorships start at just $300, and all sponsorships include tickets. Individual tickets are just $100.
2026 Gala Chair
Michael Widdifield serves on Wingspan’s Board of Directors and is out 2026 Power of Love Ghair. Michael's uncle, Peter, lives at Fairview house. Michael, his wife Jennifer and many members of the extended Widdifield family are very involved with Peter and with Wingspan. In fact, Michael has joined him on stage several times for our Glee Club concerts. In addition to owning and managing several commercial and residential properties, Michael is an account manager for iSpine Clinics/Algos Health. He also currently serves as an Elder on the board of Grace Church in Eden Prairie.

Miss Shannan Paul is a radio and television host, comedian, speaker, actress, certified benefit auctioneer, and proud former player of the Women’s Professional Football League. She co-hosts the “Financial Health and Wealth Show” and the “Red Hot Real Estate Show” on MyTalk 107.1 radio.
